4.23 Miles; 7050 strides for an avg. of 235 strides per min.

I scheduled an appt. with my Dr. to get my knees evaluated on Friday.  I’m hoping to get a referral to a specialist and take if from there.  I’m hopeful with some treatment I’ll be able to start running and training for my first triathlon.
