Knees pretty good after run
Well I finished PT on my knees (at least for now). I’ve been running on a treadmill each time working my way up from 1/2 mile. I was sore last week from doing a mile, so I backed of to 3/4 of mile and they don’t hurt at all, so that is good. I’m hoping to build up more on my distances and see how my knees take it, while continuing my exercises from PT to strengthen them.
