Elliptical again.
It was a slow start this morning. My legs were heavy from the 180 squats I did yesterday. After about 10 min. though I got in my groove and worked it out. Felt pretty good by the end, but boy is it tough getting going sometimes. Part of my problem is that my body just isn’t awake yet and that crazy hour.
