First Good run in a long time
Felt pretty good. Especially for a guy who doesn’t get realy excited about running. I’m quite pleased with my pace. Now we’ll have to see how my knees feel….

3.82 Miles on Elliptical
My quads were tight from yesterday’s swim, but oveall the elliptical felt good this morning. The knees haven’t shown any adverse reaction to my short run on Wed. which is good news too.

First Swim in a long time
It had been just over 6 weeks since I last got in the pool. I didn’t think it had been that long until I went back and looked. Wow! I certainly lost a stroke or two. It was a tough go at times, but I felt pretty good the last 5-6 laps. It’s funny how much of a mental thing it is.
