Elliptical - 3.7 Miles

Well it had been probably 3 weeks since I got to the gym and onto that elliptical machine. It felt good, although I was sluggish at first…the old bod was still waking up. I didn’t lose much from a conditioning stand point since I’ve still been active with my strength training, etc. It would help if I could kick this head cold.
