Football foolishness…
Played 2 hours of flag football and boy am I feelin’ it. I’m in good endurance shape, but not stop, start, change direction, sprint shape. It was fun, but questionable as to whether or not it was worth it. My quads feel like ground hamburger from the sprinting. It is going to take a couple days to recover from this youthful foolishness…..

Rowing PR
Did the 5k again. Knees felt good. Shaved nearly a minute off my previous time. Glutes were burnin’ at 2k so I still had a long way to go. I set a goal to average or break 2:10/500M over the 5k and it felt good that I did it, coming in at just under 2:08/500M.

5k on the Rowing Machine
I set a goal to do 5k at or under a 2:15/500M pace. I did it in 22:15 which just beat my goal. Felt pretty good too.

Elliptical - 3.7 Miles
Well it had been probably 3 weeks since I got to the gym and onto that elliptical machine. It felt good, although I was sluggish at first…the old bod was still waking up. I didn’t lose much from a conditioning stand point since I’ve still been active with my strength training, etc. It would help if I could kick this head cold.
