Easy ride
Rode the stationary bike this AM and took it easy. Legs are still very sore, but getting better. At least I can walk without pain today. Hopefully I can swim tomorrow and run again on Thursday. We will see…..

Football foolishness…
Played 2 hours of flag football and boy am I feelin’ it. I’m in good endurance shape, but not stop, start, change direction, sprint shape. It was fun, but questionable as to whether or not it was worth it. My quads feel like ground hamburger from the sprinting. It is going to take a couple days to recover from this youthful foolishness…..
